Things you should know before ordering:

1. They are basically 99% New eBikes: Almost brand new with minimal prior use. There may be very slight scratches from transportation.

2. They can be refurbished eBikes: Carefully restored and are fully functional and work properly, may have small scratches, dents, or other signs of use on the Ebikes. Pictures might not be the exact bike you will get.

3. About the Battery: Like all lithium batteries, this one naturally ages over time. While fully functional, its range may be slightly less than when new.

Regarding the warranty, we will honor it as if the bike is brand new bike since most of these bikes are almost/like new.

E-Scout Pro Step-Through is equipped with the newly upgraded 48V/20Ah, 960Wh LG battery, stably leveling the range up to 80 miles. Its removable design also makes it convenient to charge wherever you are. These two updates work together to get you rid of the range anxiety easily and extend your adventure further. Modifications have been made to the frame design of E-Scout Pro Step-Through. The streamlined head tube, reinforced welding technique and brake tail light are adopted to improve body appearance and provide a safer and more comfortable riding experience at the same time.
